Residential Irrigation & Lighting Service Agreement

By checking, I agree to the selections made within this Residential Service Agreement.

 
Tropical Outdoor Solutions Inc. (contractor) and homeowner as listed above agree to a comprehensive inspection including all components of the lighting and/or irrigation system at above-described property to be performed on a re-occurring basis as identified above.

When you submit this agreement,  a Tropical Outdoor Solutions Inc representative will be contacting you by phone within 1 business day. 

This pre-authorization of repairs is an option to improve our efficiency and is not mandatory. 

By checking, I agree to pre-authorized repairs in the above identified amount under Pre-Authorized Repairs Amount

Contractor will schedule inspections according to zip code in order to provide the highest quality of service at a competitive cost. We will attempt to schedule stops with homeowners present if requested, or when garage access to controller is necessary. In instances where homeowners cannot or do not wish to be home, predetermined repair amounts can be selected to avoid additional return costs if authorization is not available.
